My Mission
Khala Marande Hawes is a full-time wife, mother of three, and serial entrepreneur. Through professional branding services, she strategically equips her clients for success by teaching them how to create a profitable brand, monetize their mind and automate their business in order to save time and effort while building successful brands. As the sole operator of Khala Marande Enterprises, LLC, Khala has been able to work with businesses and organizations like Spartanburg Regional, the Mary Black Foundation, and the City of Spartanburg among a large list of other businesses, both big and small. And, as the President and CEO of Hawes Installs, a family-based appliance and electronics delivery and installation business that she founded with her husband in 2020, she has been able to hire employees in the Spartanburg, Greenville, Georgia, Asheville, and Columbia markets.
Khala received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate where she studied a combination of Education, Entrepreneurship and Nonprofit Administration. And will receive her Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from East Tennessee State University in December of 2021.
Outside of her businesses, Khala serves as the program coordinator for Start:ME Spartanburg, a 14-week business incubator program for businesses on the Northside of Spartanburg. She is also a content creator, working alongside her family to create video content that can be found on YouTube.
After experiencing burnout, I was determined that I would never go back to that place again. I began to study business organization, management and how to automate my processes in order to have ownership of my business and my time.
I have done the research and I am confident that I have what businesses and organizations need in order to successfully brand service based businesses in every part of their process, automate their services, and most importantly, eliminate burnout!
